Mission:

The City of Milwaukie Municipal Court is the judicial branch of the City government and provides a local forum for the resolution of minor traffic violations, parking citations, minors in possession of tobacco, and violations of City ordinances. The majority of the cases heard in the Municipal Court are traffic violations. 

The Municipal Court staff can answer questions about court schedule, bail amounts, and other administrative matters, but cannot give legal advice.
