Winter returns and so does Milwaukie's Snow Plow Plan Last year Milwaukie purchased a plow that attaches to one of it's existing trucks so that when it snows the Streets Department can clear the City's most traveled roads.
Those who live along the snow route are asked to move their cars from the right of way to avoid potential damage.
