Get Involved with Your Neighborhood!

Milwaukie's Neighborhoods Program consists of 7 officially recognized Neighborhood District Associations or "NDAs". Check out the neighborhood flier and boundary map to see which neighborhood you belong to. Hear directly from your neighbors by watching the short video below and then get involved! You can make a difference in Milwaukie!

The seven NDAs in Milwaukie include the following:

Ardenwald-Johnson Creek
Hector Campbell
Historic Milwaukie
Island Station
Lake Road
Lewelling
Linwood

There are also two business industrial districts (North Industrial area and Milwaukie Business/Industrial) in the city, though they have not formally organized into associations and do not have bylaws.

The NDAs were created to improve communication between the City and its residents. This communication is managed and coordinated in part through the efforts of the Program Coordinator within the City Manager's Office. Each NDA meets monthly, has its own set of bylaws, and annually holds elections in May for a Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer.

To learn more about the roles and responsibilities of these positions refer to the bylaws of each neighborhood see the bylaws on each NDA page.

Leadership Meetings:

Officers from each of the City's 7 NDAs meet every month to consistently communicate with one another about city-wide issues and discuss mutual or opposing interests. To learn more about these meetings, contact the Chair of your NDA.
