Monroe Street Neighborhood Greenway Concept Plan

The June 2015 version of the draft Concept Plan is available for viewing. The draft plan builds upon the preliminary Neighborhood Greenway design that was previously drafted by the consultant team. Both are available for viewing on the Draft Concept Design page.

As an important east-west route across Milwaukie, Monroe Street connects several Neighborhoods and Downtown Milwaukie, and has been identified in the City’s Transportation System Plan (TSP) as a potential "Neighborhood Greenway".

Downtown Milwaukie Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance/Map Amendments

The Milwaukie City Council will hold the second public hearing on the amendment package at 6:00p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2015, at Milwaukie City Hall, 10722 SE Main Street, to discuss proposed Comprehensive Plan map and text amendments and Zoning Ordinance map and text amendments (File #CPA-14-02/ZA-14-02).
