The Fleet Division is responsible for Fleet Service and the Fleet Reserve Future Capital Expense.

Division Goals:

• Provide excellent service to all Fleet users at a competitive price

• Provide funding for future purchases of vehicles and equipment

Division Function:

• Provide quality, timely automotive repair and maintenance services at a cost that is competitive with the private sector for all departments within the City, as well, as Clackamas Fire District #1 and Clackamas River Water.

Source of Revenue:

• Fleet services charges each department, division and external customers for all parts, repair and maintenance work performed.

Personnel:

• Fleet Supervisor

• Five Mechanics

  • 3 – Dedicated to CCFD# 1

  • 2 – Dedicated to City and other external customers

FLEET RESERVE FUTURE CAPITAL EXPENSE

• This fund operates like a savings account for each department and division to set aside monies each year to replace vehicles and equipment on a replacement schedule.

• The Revenue comes from each division and department
